Over the past 2 decades our directors have worked across both the private and public sectors in Victoria & Queensland. Their industry knowledge and can-do attitudes are encapsulated by their ability to deliver a wide range of projects in varying ground conditions across multiple disciplines.

Anthony Rice

Director-Commercial

Construction Management (Honours)

Anthony started his career in construction with a building apprenticeship before migrating to university to complete a management degree. He has developed a unique construction understanding over the past 2 decades working across Victoria & Queensland.

Anthony has delivered a wide range of projects including large master planned residential developments, pipelines, structures and road infrastructure. As our Commercial Manager, Anthony will lead all facets of Project Management, HSEQ, engineering, tendering, finance and business development.

Rob Donev

Director - Operations

Rob has spent the last 15 years in the civil construction industry. Starting his time in construction as a civil labourer, he quickly built his way to Senior Supervisor position. Rob has managed some of Melbourne’s most prominent residential developments and delivered a wide range of projects for some of Australia’s most prominent developers. With an innate ability to work in all conditions and deliver work to a high standard Rob is a prominent leader in construction operations.

As our Operations Manager, Rob will oversee onsite works delivery, HSEQ, training & development, plant and machinery, subcontractors and business development.

David Little

Project Manager

David began his career in the construction industry with a focus on gaining practical, hands-on experience, balancing both his engineering studies and on-site work commitments.

After more than five years in project engineering across Melbourne’s northern, western, and eastern suburbs, David’s ambition led him to the United Kingdom.

There, he spent over two-and-a-half years working on HS2, the UK and Europe’s largest infrastructure project. Now back in Australia, David brings a wealth of experience from two countries and a diverse range of civil projects to the CONARRD team.
